Tell Us About the Wastewater You Need to Treat

If you are evaluating an industrial wastewater treatment system, send us the information you already have. A recent water analysis is useful, but you do not need a complete technical specification before starting the discussion.

Memva works with MVC / MVR evaporation, DTRO membrane concentration and multi-effect evaporation for high-salinity wastewater, brine concentration, water recovery and Zero Liquid Discharge projects.

Not sure which equipment you need? That is fine. Describe the wastewater, the current problem and the result you need. Equipment selection can follow from the process conditions.

You Do Not Need to Choose the Machine Before Contacting Us

Many industrial wastewater inquiries begin with a treatment problem rather than a specific equipment model. We can start from the feedwater conditions and determine which treatment route deserves further evaluation.

01

New Wastewater Treatment Project

You have a new production line, wastewater source or environmental requirement and need to determine how membrane concentration, evaporation or an integrated treatment process could be configured.

02

High-Salinity or Concentrated Wastewater

The wastewater contains high TDS, dissolved salts or difficult contaminants, and conventional treatment or standard RO cannot provide the required concentration or water recovery.

03

RO / DTRO Concentrate Treatment

A membrane plant is already operating, but the remaining reject stream needs further volume reduction, evaporation or downstream ZLD treatment.

04

Water Recovery

The project needs to reduce freshwater demand by recovering membrane permeate or evaporator condensate for a defined reuse application.

05

Zero Liquid Discharge

You need to evaluate a complete treatment route involving pretreatment, membrane concentration, evaporation and final concentrate or solids handling.

06

Existing Memva Equipment

Existing customers can also use this page to contact us about installation, commissioning, operating questions, maintenance, spare parts or other technical support requirements.

Useful Project Data

Send What You Know. We Can Start From There.

More complete data allows a more useful technical discussion, but an inquiry does not need to arrive as a finished engineering specification.

If you have a laboratory water analysis, include it. TDS alone does not describe how wastewater will behave in a membrane or evaporation system. Salt composition, hardness, silica, organics, chloride and other contaminants can affect scaling, corrosion, fouling and achievable concentration.

What Happens to Your Inquiry?

Industrial wastewater systems normally require a technical review before equipment capacity, materials and process configuration can be confirmed.

STEP 01

Review the Wastewater

The first review focuses on flow, wastewater chemistry, existing treatment conditions and the result the project needs to achieve.

STEP 02

Clarify Missing Information

If an important design parameter is missing, we may ask for additional water analysis, operating information, utility conditions or details about the required discharge, reuse or concentration target.

STEP 03

Evaluate the Treatment Route

Depending on the wastewater, the discussion may involve DTRO, direct evaporation, membrane pre-concentration before evaporation, multi-effect evaporation or an integrated ZLD process.

STEP 04

Develop the Project Proposal

Once the design basis is sufficiently clear, equipment configuration, capacity, major materials, utilities, automation and project scope can be discussed in greater detail.

Before Sending an Inquiry

A Few Questions We Often Need to Clarify

I do not know whether I need DTRO or an evaporator. Can I still send an inquiry?

Yes. You do not need to select the treatment technology first. Start with your wastewater source, flow, available water analysis, current treatment problem and final treatment target. The process route can then be evaluated from those conditions.

Can you prepare a quotation from treatment capacity alone?

Capacity is important, but it is not enough to define a reliable industrial wastewater system. Two wastewater streams with the same daily flow can require different membrane configurations, evaporation duties and construction materials because their salt composition, COD, scaling tendency and corrosion conditions differ.

What if I do not have a complete laboratory analysis yet?

Send the information currently available. Basic flow data, wastewater source, known contaminants and the required treatment result can support an initial discussion. Additional analysis can be requested when it becomes necessary for process design.

Can Memva supply equipment for projects outside China?

Yes. Memva currently states that its equipment has been supplied to customers in more than 15 countries. International project discussions can cover technical documentation, equipment interfaces, shipment, installation guidance, commissioning requirements and after-sales support.

What should I provide for a Zero Liquid Discharge project?

In addition to wastewater flow and chemistry, describe the existing treatment stages, water-recovery objective, final concentrate or solids requirement, available utilities and any site limitations. ZLD normally requires evaluation of the complete treatment train rather than one standalone machine.

Project Inquiry

Send Us the Project Information You Have

Complete the form below with your wastewater capacity, main contaminants and treatment objective. If your project is still at an early stage, describe the problem in your own words — you do not need to know the final equipment configuration yet.

If you have a recent wastewater analysis, process flow diagram or technical specification, mention it in your inquiry so it can be considered during the technical discussion.
